In the IT sector, tenders are complex, fast-changing and full of specific requirements around security, architecture and vendor lock-in. TenderB helps you combine technical depth with a winning proposition.
Tender specifications contain detailed requirements around information security, architecture, open standards and interoperability. Contracting authorities work with GIBIT 2023 terms (Dutch government IT procurement terms), require BIO compliance (the Dutch government information security baseline), and expect you to align with the Generic Digital Infrastructure (GDI).
The technical complexity is high, but the real problem lies elsewhere. IT tenders require translating technical solutions into clear, persuasive propositions. You need to show not just what you're building, but also why your architectural choice is better, how you avoid vendor lock-in, and how you migrate without downtime.
On top of that: the market moves fast. What was state-of-the-art last year is standard this year. You have to constantly sharpen your proposition, while deadlines don't wait.

TenderB analyses IT tender specifications including functional and non-functional requirements, architecture principles, security requirements and SLA specifications. Everything structured, nothing missed.
TenderB generates text that translates technical solutions into the language of the evaluation committee. Not just what you deliver, but why it's the best choice for this specific engagement.
